DevOps Engineer – IT Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage infrastructure components, platform services, and automation solutions.

• Design CI/CD environments while ensuring that deployment processes are stable and secure.

• Monitor systems, including monitoring, logging, and alerting functionalities.

• Operate internal AI tools and construct an AI development harness.

• Integrate models with internal data sources.

• Assess and enhance AI-supported workflows.

• Take charge of Kubernetes management, Infrastructure as Code, virtualization, storage, identity services, and platform operations.

• Collaborate across IT infrastructure between the data center and the cloud, as well as between operations and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Implement DevOps principles to bridge operations with development.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Git.

• Experience with Linux as your primary working environment.

• Eagerness to learn additional technologies within the stack.

• Capability to write code, preferably in Go, or a willingness to learn Go.

• Interest in AI tools for daily tasks; initial experience with LLM APIs, agent workflows, MCP, or evaluating AI outputs is advantageous.

• A structured work approach with a focus on automating repetitive tasks.

• Strong dedication to quality.

• Effective communication skills in both German and English.
