DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create and develop internal tools and services using Go.

• Design, construct, and sustain scalable CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab CI/CD.

• Enhance and provide support for Kubernetes-based environments.

• Participate in the advancement of the internal deployment platform known as Packman.

• Optimize staging and ephemeral environments for improved performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Execute and uphold infrastructure as code practices with Terraform and Ansible.

• Enhance observability through effective monitoring, logging, and alerting.

• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to improve developer experience and accelerate delivery pace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Go (Golang) with hands-on production experience.

• 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering positions.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production settings.

• Strong familiarity with CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab CI/CD.

• Solid Linux administration expertise.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform and Ansible.

• Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, and Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics.

• Good knowledge of modern DevOps practices.

• Fluent in Russian and possess an intermediate (B1) level of English.
