DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Implement and oversee Kubernetes environments utilizing kOps and Helm

• Manage AWS infrastructure along with associated cloud services

• Provide support for Azure environments and their related services

• Develop and sustain Infrastructure as Code and Pipelines as Code solutions

• Automate deployment processes, Docker image creation, and infrastructure setup

• Design and uphold scalable environments that support the SaaS platform

• Monitor production systems and resolve issues through logs, metrics, and monitoring tools

• Engage in an on-call rotation to assist with production incidents

• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to enhance deployment reliability and operational excellence

• Continuously advance platform automation, security, and operational efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role or a related infrastructure position

• Proficient in managing Docker containers and Kubernetes environments

• Strong background in Linux administration

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and Pipelines as Code methodologies

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

• Proficient in CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, or ArgoCD

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Professional working proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or higher)

• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions, collaborating during meetings, and reading and writing technical documentation

• Proven track record of ownership, accountability, and a mindset geared towards continuous learning

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
