This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Automate and oversee cloud environments, primarily utilizing AWS.
• Design, implement, and uphold metrics, logging, and monitoring systems.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and enhance release engineering workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and system issues across various environments.
• Develop and enforce Disaster Recovery and High Availability strategies using cloud-native services.
• Apply system hardening and security configurations across services and operating systems.
• Maintain and advance infrastructure-as-code practices while automating operational processes.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
• Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge sharing, and team development initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize software compilation, delivery, and operational workflows.
• Support a secure, scalable, and reliable environment that manages millions of transactions daily.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in building, deploying, and managing highly scalable infrastructure.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines such as Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, or Spinnaker within distributed environments.
• Expertise in Kubernetes for service orchestration and deployment; CKA certification is preferred.
• Strong scripting or programming capabilities in Terraform, Python, Bash, or YAML.
• Practical experience with AWS services.
• Familiarity with source control systems like Bitbucket or GitHub.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps, including shift-left security and the integration of security scanners into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Capability to convey ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly manner.
• Highly self-motivated and driven.
