DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, provision, configure, and manage cloud or infrastructure components utilizing approved architectural patterns.

• Automate repetitive tasks related to provisioning, deployment, configuration, and operations.

• Implement controls for security, identity, networking, backup, monitoring, and availability.

• Investigate incidents, capacity challenges, vulnerabilities, and performance issues.

• Maintain documentation, including runbooks, diagrams, standards, and change records.

• Collaborate effectively across engineering and operations teams.

• Contribute to the development of reliable and maintainable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as outlined in the job header.

• Typically requires at least 4 years in a related professional role; the exact requirement must align with the approved requisition.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, scripting, build/release automation, containers, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and deployment controls.

• Professional background in cloud engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or systems operations pertinent to the role.

• Practical knowledge of specific cloud platforms, operating systems, container technologies, or automation tools.

• A solid understanding of networking, identity, security, monitoring, and availability fundamentals.

• Experience with scripting, automation, source control, or infrastructure as code.

• Capability to methodically troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues.

• Strong skills in documentation and collaboration across teams.
