Senior DevOps Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Senior DevOps Analyst at Valid, a provider of secure solutions for identifying individuals, journeys, and transactions.

• Oversee and provide support for Linux servers.

• Manage services, users, and permissions effectively.

• Diagnose issues in operating systems, workloads, and clusters.

• Administer cloud computing environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Collaborate with networking, storage, compute, and IAM.

• Handle container management and orchestration utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, and Helm Charts.

• Establish and uphold CI/CD pipelines.

• Develop and sustain infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.

• Maintain version control for infrastructure.

• Automate operational tasks using Python and Bash.

• Create technical documentation.

• Analyze and resolve incidents with a focus on stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Advanced knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, and CentOS).

• Proficient in Linux server administration and support.

• Expertise in service, user, and permission management.

• Skilled in troubleshooting operating systems.

• Basic understanding of Windows Server administration.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Knowledgeable in networking, storage, and compute.

• Familiar with IAM (Identity and Access Management).

• Experience with Proxmox.

• Advanced knowledge of Docker.

• Proficient in Kubernetes (GKE, AKS, EKS).

• Familiar with Rancher.

• Experience with Helm Charts.

• Skilled in troubleshooting workloads and clusters.

• Advanced capabilities in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Advanced knowledge of Terraform.

• Familiarity with Ansible.

• Experience in infrastructure version control.

• Advanced proficiency in Python.

• Advanced skills in Bash.

• Knowledge of JSON and YAML.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills.

• Competence in incident analysis and resolution.

• Ability to produce technical documentation.

• Experience in automating operational processes.
