Development Engineer, Full Stack Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with development teams and product managers to envision application solutions.

• Design both client-side and server-side architectures.

• Develop application front ends with engaging visual designs.

• Assist in the design, development, and management of databases that support high-traffic cross-platform mobile applications.

• Create effective APIs.

• Conduct application testing to guarantee responsiveness and efficiency.

• Identify, debug, and update applications as needed.

• Establish security and data protection protocols.

• Develop features and applications with a mobile-first design philosophy.

• Generate technical documentation.

• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enhance applications.

• Undertake other tasks related to the development and advancement of applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or possessing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology.

• Postgraduate degree in Information Technology—specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree—with a minimum workload of 360 hours.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field.

• At least 3 years of specialized experience as a full stack development engineer or in a similar role focused on developing cross-platform mobile applications utilizing the specified technologies.

• Proven involvement in projects related to the development or support of cross-platform mobile applications with substantial daily traffic, exceeding 800,000 concurrent users.

• Capability to work collaboratively with development teams and product managers.

• Proficiency in working across various layers of an application in an integrated fashion.

• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Excellent organizational skills necessary for preparing and maintaining technical documentation.

• Ability to collaborate with diverse technical teams.

• Familiarity with commonly used technology stacks.

• Knowledge of multiple back-end programming languages, including Java, Spring Boot, Python, and others.

• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, and Node.js.

• Experience in designing database solutions and configuring application servers.

• Proficiency with non-relational databases like Redis, MongoDB, and Oracle NoSQL.

• Experience utilizing data streaming and transfer tools such as Apache Kafka and Oracle Data Integrator.
