Developer Relations Manager – AI Natives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and advocate for the developer ecosystem within EMEA AI Natives, collaborating with multi-functional partners to enhance the adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

• Accelerate essential workloads by showcasing innovative solutions that incorporate the core NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines.

• Provide guidance on technical enablement resources, including sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools, to illustrate how technologies can address real-world challenges for EMEA AI Natives.

• Assist partners and startups in onboarding and integrating with NVIDIA’s programs, promoting co-innovation and the creation of next-generation solutions.

• Map, track, and analyze the developer ecosystem to pinpoint growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.

• Collaborate across functions with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to enhance developer engagement and refine partner adoption strategies.

• Interact with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to define objectives, resolve technical issues, and advocate best practices for successful integrations.

• Represent and advocate for partner technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, providing actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• A minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology sector, encompassing software engineering, developer relations, and technical partnerships, including at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in your designated ecosystem (e.g., Telco, MarTech, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience in leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology firms, EMEA AI Natives, ISVs, or within relevant sectors.

• Strong technical proficiency in guiding EMEA AI Natives in areas such as high-performance computing, cloud computing, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences, ranging from engineers to executives.

• Experience in leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering technical presentations or workshops.

• Proven ability to structure and execute complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and work collaboratively with internal or external stakeholders (across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as necessary).
