• Create blog posts, threads, and explainers aimed at ML engineers and researchers.
• Interact with the community on platforms like Discord and Twitter/X.
• Represent Pluralis at ML conferences by delivering talks and conducting demonstrations.
• Enhance onboarding processes and communication for GPU contributors.
• Generate and edit multimedia content for our YouTube channel.
• Develop co-marketing materials in collaboration with ecosystem partners.
• Monitor metrics across various channels and optimize engagement strategies.
• Provide insights into market trends related to decentralized training and model development.
• Over 5 years of experience in Developer Relations, technical marketing, developer education, or a communication role closely related to research.
• Technical Expertise: Ability to read ML papers and distill key insights.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven Record: Experience in producing technical content that garners readership and sharing.
• Community Engagement: Active participation in ML Twitter, research Discords, and Hacker News.
• AI Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Self-Motivated: Takes ownership of outcomes and works independently.
• Bonus Qualifications: Published research, contributions to open-source projects, or prior experience in ML/AI or developer relations.
