• Take charge of the comprehensive developer education strategy, crafting structured learning pathways that ensure production readiness.
• Create high-quality technical learning experiences, which include tutorials, organized courses, demonstrations, and code samples.
• Ensure a steady content flow across various formats, encompassing written documentation, video materials, and interactive modules.
• Develop functional applications and templates that act as both instructional resources and reusable assets for developers.
• Facilitate technical workshops, webinars, and live coding sessions to engage developers of different skill levels.
• Identify, monitor, and analyze educational metrics—such as completion rates, activation, and progression to mainnet—to refine the strategy.
• Work collaboratively across engineering, product, marketing, and community teams to align educational initiatives with the broader ecosystem goals.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid hands-on engineering experience with JavaScript, Python, and/or Java, including the capability to develop and deploy functional applications.
• Instructional Design: Demonstrated experience in designing structured technical learning programs, such as certifications, learning paths, or comprehensive courses.
• Communication: Outstanding ability to convey complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and easily accessible learning experiences.
• Content Delivery: A proven history of producing technical content in both written and video formats.
• Ownership: A high level of autonomy and the capability to establish direction within a dynamic, distributed environment.
• Data Literacy: Proficiency in utilizing data, including completion rates and engagement metrics, to guide and enhance content strategy.
• Advocacy: Experience in engaging developer communities through workshops, hackathons, or live sessions.
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Web3/EVM ecosystems (Smart Contracts, Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, ethers.js), as well as knowledge of concepts or experience with AI-assisted developer productivity tools.
