.NET Developer Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop content including blog articles, videos, tutorials, screencasts, sample code, and livestreams.

• Write code samples and contribute to product development.

• Inspire both new and existing clients by demonstrating how JetBrains tools can address real-world development challenges.

• Educate users on utilizing JetBrains technologies and tools effectively.

• Present at conferences and assist at booths to enhance product visibility and educate potential users.

• Deliver presentations at JetBrains and partner events.

• Assist the JetBrains Business Development team through customer visits, product demonstrations, and providing technical insights.

• Foster relationships and communication channels between select customers and JetBrains.

• Engage with both B2B and B2C users.

• Offer feedback to product teams.

• Provide technical support through various channels.

• Collaborate with and support broader JetBrains technologies and products, including AI Assistant and Junie, while being familiar with tools like JetBrains TeamCity and YouTrack.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in development experience.

• Proficient in .NET languages and technologies.

• Understanding of the needs within the .NET industry.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey a compelling narrative about technology.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Confidence and capability to speak publicly, deliver in-person and remote presentations, facilitate Q&A sessions, and conduct product demonstrations.

• Strong creative abilities in writing, video production, and editing, capable of producing various types of content about JetBrains-related technologies in the .NET ecosystem.

• Quick to grasp and experiment with new technologies.

• Willingness to travel.

• Skills in self-organization, goal-setting, and time management.

• Familiarity with JetBrains tools, such as JetBrains Rider or ReSharper, with knowledge of dotTrace and dotMemory being a plus.
