.NET Developer Advocate

📋 Description

• Develop a variety of content including blog articles, videos, tutorials, screencasts, sample code, and livestreams.

• Write code, whether it be sample applications or contributions to the product.

• Motivate both new and existing customers by demonstrating how JetBrains tools can address real-world development challenges.

• Educate individuals on the effective use of JetBrains technologies and tools.

• Present at conferences and assist at booths to enhance product visibility, educate, and inspire potential users.

• Deliver presentations at JetBrains and partner events.

• Assist the JetBrains Business Development team with customer interactions, product demonstrations, and technical insights.

• Establish and maintain relationships and communication channels between selected customers and JetBrains.

• Engage and interact with our B2B and B2C users.

• Provide feedback to product development teams.

• Offer technical support through various communication channels.

• Collaborate with and support broader JetBrains technologies and products, such as AI Assistant and Junie, while being knowledgeable about tools like JetBrains TeamCity and YouTrack.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.

• Proficient in .NET languages and technologies.

• Understanding of the .NET industry landscape.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to narrate a compelling story about technology.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Confident in public speaking, capable of delivering in-person and remote presentations, facilitating Q&A sessions, and performing product demonstrations.

• Strong creative abilities in writing, video creation, and editing, with the capability to generate diverse content related to JetBrains technologies in the .NET ecosystem.

• Quick to grasp and experiment with new technologies.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Strong self-organization, goal-setting, and time-management skills.

• Familiarity with JetBrains tools, such as JetBrains Rider or ReSharper, with knowledge of dotTrace and dotMemory being a plus.
