This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with developers, partners, and open-source communities.

• Actively engage with the developer ecosystem by hosting AMAs, office hours, webinars, and participating in online communities.

• Gather and synthesize feedback from developers to guide product and engineering teams.

• Identify key developers, projects, and communities to create collaboration opportunities.

• Produce and maintain high-quality technical content (such as blog posts, tutorials, sample applications, videos, documentation, SDK guides, etc.) specifically aimed at developers.

• Develop demonstrations, prototypes, and reference implementations that illustrate real-world applications.

• Represent the company’s technology stack at industry events, developer meetups, and within online communities.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to align developer needs with product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.

• Previous experience in roles such as Developer Advocate, Developer Relations, or Technical Community Manager.

• Strong practical experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js, capable of writing production-level code and explaining it clearly to fellow developers.

• Proven track record in building, testing, and maintaining applications or APIs.

• Demonstrated ability to create technical content (including tutorials, sample projects, blog posts, videos, or documentation) that educates and motivates developers.

• Experience presenting at public events, including developer conferences, meetups, webinars, or internal company discussions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging messages.

• Experience in engaging with developer communities through events, GitHub, forums, or social media.

• Solid understanding of developer experience principles and best practices.

• Ability to work effectively with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

• Significant experience with Llama.cpp and ggml inference engines, facilitating model deployment to specific GPU architectures.

• Familiarity with AI or ML technologies, including building or integrating LLMs, chatbots, or AI-driven SDKs and APIs.

• Fluency in English — exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for public-facing content and developer engagement.
