This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver timely technical support and document configuration to enhance processes.
• Operate independently to comprehend and record business requirements.
• Collaborate with various functional teams to ensure effective application development operations.
• Assist with change control and testing procedures for updates to application systems.
• Investigate and suggest innovative, automated solutions for business needs.
• Identify strategies that optimize resource utilization and create economies of scale.
• Create and maintain documentation for customized processes.
• Provide backup administrative support to fellow ASA colleagues.
• Offer after-hours assistance as needed.
• Develop solutions within Microsoft SaaS platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot.
• Engage in development within the Microsoft Power Platform, including RPA and complex bot development.
• Participate in development on Atlassian SaaS platforms.
• Contribute to development within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, and OIC ERP platforms.
• Work on the Dynamics D365 CRM Platform.
• Manage data movement tools like SmartConnect.
• Execute other assigned duties.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• Preferred experience of 1+ years in a related field.
• Familiarity with programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting enterprise applications.
• Technical knowledge of networks, PCs, Windows Operating systems, Microsoft/Oracle databases, process automation, and Agile Project Methodology.
• Experience in documenting and maintaining configuration and process-related information.
• Awareness of relevant data privacy practices and regulations, including SSAE16, HIPAA, and URAC.
• Engage in, adhere to, and promote compliance program objectives.
• Ability to consistently interact in a cooperative and respectful manner with colleagues.
• Remote work is not available for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
