Developer – GenAI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Work in collaboration with the Senior Generative AI Developer to conceptualize, construct, and implement generative AI and automation solutions.

• Develop and sustain automation processes that support the Army contracting enterprise.

• Identify, define, and prototype innovative AI and automation use cases.

• Create solutions utilizing Power Platform, UiPath, Appian, Python, and C#.

• Aid in the transition to cloud-based AI development leveraging AWS services such as Bedrock and Lambda.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of automations and AI workflows.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in generative AI, automation, and cloud technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing AI-driven tools with workflows that incorporate nested AI capabilities for real-time evaluations and results.

• Proven experience in AI-assisted tool development, leveraging AI for the creation of full-stack applications, programs, and tools.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python and/or C#.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models (LLMs), context management, chunking algorithms, and prompt engineering.

• Capability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and enhance automations and AI workflows.

• Skill in gathering stakeholder requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Capacity to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

• Experience with Power Platform, UiPath, or Appian is preferred.

• Practical experience with AWS services, especially Bedrock, Lambda, S3, and related serverless technologies is preferred.

• Familiarity with API development and integration is advantageous.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git is beneficial.

• Understanding of data security and compliance requirements within government environments is preferred.
