Developer, Enterprise Tenants and Policies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design, test, troubleshoot, deliver, and sustain production software systems for both new and existing enterprise functionalities.

• Create features that support multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and admin console experiences.

• Aid in transitioning the monolithic application into a microservice architecture.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development process to ensure smooth releases.

• Collaborate with partner teams in areas such as authentication and authorization, insights, and managed service providers.

• Articulate technical requirements to stakeholders and address technical challenges in a scalable and practical manner.

• Contribute to the creation of design and architecture documentation.

• Guide junior and new team members through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and pair programming.

• Identify significant tasks, decompose work, estimate, and plan projects effectively.

• Develop comprehensive tests throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Review code to ensure quality and promote knowledge sharing.

• Produce and review documentation pertaining to code and development processes.

• Keep updated on industry trends, technologies, and development best practices.

• Engage in on-call rotational duties to provide continuous support and manage emergencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in a modern backend programming language such as Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python.

• Familiarity with software development best practices and coding standards.

• Capability to tackle moderately complex problems and suggest effective solutions.

• Experience in communicating and collaborating across teams while conveying technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners.

• A strong interest in testing methodologies and debugging techniques.

• Ability to work across multiple services and collaborate with other teams comfortably.

• Bonus: Familiarity with DevOps practices in supporting application development.

• Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure configuration.

• Bonus: Exposure to microservices or distributed systems.

• Bonus: Experience in building frontends using TypeScript and React.

• Bonus: Knowledge of security, enterprise, or admin-focused products.
