Developer, CaseAware – Legal Practice Management Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Addressing tasks related to help tickets, with a primary focus on Reporting.

• Submit Daily Morning Reports.

• Act as the lead manager for Excel VBA macro reporting.

• Regularly monitor SQL/VBA for any updates and resolve bugs or errors.

• Oversee email distribution lists.

• Execute Daily Power Automate tasks at 4pm EST.

• Manage Power Automate workflows to enhance the updating of CaseAware data.

• Update PowerBI by transferring reports from Excel, SQL, and CaseAware into PowerBI.

• Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting, assisting the team in identifying bugs and errors, and overseeing the creation of:

• o CAVALS

• o User Step Reports

• o Ad-hoc tasks/reports

• o Step triggers

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical development team, with a strong preference for candidates who have prior experience with CaseAware or similar legal tracking software.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a congenial, team-oriented environment.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt to ongoing changes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
