Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Engage in all phases of the product life cycle, starting from design and continuing through to production.

• Collaborate with the Legal Monitoring and Product teams to identify the solutions that need to be implemented.

• Set up the payroll solution to comply with regulatory requirements.

• Create and deliver software under the guidance of a Tech Lead.

• Ensure the quality of deliverables through thorough regression testing.

• Document the completed development tasks and provide training for the project team.

• Collaborate with integration teams to disseminate product knowledge.

• Analyze and manage the payroll plan to fulfill client requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• A higher education degree (Master’s level) in payroll, computer science, or human resources is required.

• Initial experience in payroll management or a related field, or experience in implementing payroll software.

• Proficiency in Pléiades is mandatory.

• Strong analytical abilities are essential.

• Excellent written communication skills are required.

• Must be organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.

• Customer-oriented with the capability to easily build relationships.

• A Master’s degree is mandatory.
