This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and test innovative features, integrations, and enhancements in line with design specifications and requirements.

• Develop, configure, and support software solutions and/or integrations.

• Create, build, test, and implement both new and existing application functionalities.

• Collaborate internally and externally to address technical issues, identify optimizations, and implement improvements.

• Gain an understanding of aligned products, integrations, or software within OCHIN systems.

• Facilitate working sessions with OCHIN members, vendors, and staff to craft application solutions that meet operational needs.

• Execute complex builds and configurations and finalize development tasks.

• Mentor and guide team members in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.

• Provide support for Go-Live installations and training, which may necessitate national travel.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• HL7 experience is strongly preferred.

• NextGen MIRTH experience is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in JavaScript is preferred.

• Experience with Epic Bridges is preferred.

• Familiarity with SQL Database is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with application and technical team members as well as end users.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Detail-oriented and process-focused, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused.

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation schedule.

• Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently from a home office.

• Willingness to travel nationally up to 20% for on-site Go-Live support, as needed.
