Developer – AI Agents, Enterprise Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate projects aimed at defining, designing, and deploying AI Agent journeys for various corporate processes.

• Analyze and reconfigure end-to-end journeys in sectors including Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT.

• Develop and implement governance frameworks for AI agents, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.

• Propel the creation of business cases, roadmaps, and KPIs to assess the value generated by these journeys and agents.

• Assist in establishing functional architecture standards for agents, integrations, and multi-agent workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing and leading complex corporate initiatives.

• Familiarity with HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT processes and systems.

• Proven background in journey/process design and transformation (BPM, Service Design, or Customer Journey).

• Understanding of agent frameworks and generative AI (LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, orchestration frameworks).

• Experience with projects involving ERP environments and integrated enterprise ecosystems.

• Knowledge of BPMN / Process Mining, solution architecture and integrations (APIs, workflows), and automation tools (RPA/IPA).

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project portfolio management.

• Experience in governance, security, and compliance for AI.
