Designer, Creative Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create premium design assets for web, campaigns, social media, events, and print materials.

• Implement creative solutions across diverse formats and asset types based on briefs, design systems, and creative guidance.

• Partner with marketing, content, and web teams to produce cohesive and on-brand creative work.

• Contribute to web-centric creative execution across various digital platforms and campaigns.

• Utilize AI tools within the creative process to enhance production speed and explore innovative options.

• Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all outputs.

• Oversee multiple projects, effectively prioritize tasks, and proactively communicate regarding timelines and resource availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of pertinent design experience, ideally encompassing both in-house and agency environments.

• A portfolio showcasing strong craftsmanship in digital, branding, and campaign projects, including web capabilities.

• Proficiency in executing various asset types across campaigns, digital platforms, branding, and web projects.

• Fluency in web design and proven ability in web-focused creative execution.

• Regular use of AI tools in ideation, production, and workflow processes.

• Solid foundational design skills in typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other similar design software.

• Capability to work from briefs and creative direction, interpret ambiguous information, and seek clarification where needed.

• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage several concurrent projects.

• A collaborative, low-ego mindset; open to feedback and focused on team output.

• Experience with AI, cybersecurity, or technical brands is a plus.

• Skills in motion design or experience collaborating with animation teams is advantageous.

• Knowledge of video or experiential design production processes is considered beneficial.
