This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Produce and execute a large volume of creative deliverables across digital platforms under the guidance of design leads.
• Ensure that creative outputs align with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and project goals.
• Support creative leaders with research, auditing, production execution, and the preparation of client deliverables.
• Engage in collaborative initiatives within the Creative department and across various teams.
• Contribute to all facets of the creative process and enhance technical skills through mentorship.
• Gain insight into how creative services impact the agency's offerings and client outcomes.
• Familiarize yourself with creative projects and understand the company’s mission, values, processes, services, and products.
• Generate initial client deliverables within the first 60 days.
• Evolve into a cohesive member of the Creative team, producing performance-driven creative within the first 90 days.
• A portfolio demonstrating digital marketing campaign work across various brands, showcasing results and insights.
• Proven experience in translating brand standards and guidelines into creative executions across multiple digital marketing channels and tactics.
• A production process that allows for the efficient management and creation of large volumes of deliverables with overlapping deadlines.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
• Strong attention to detail and expertise in design principles, including hierarchy, visual balance, photography, illustrations, typography, and composition.
• Advanced layout skills for effectively communicating and simplifying complex concepts.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and develop creative skills.
• Experience in UI/UX and designing high-converting landing pages.
• Understanding of how layout, hierarchy, and messaging placement impact conversion rates.
