This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create innovative assets for digital displays, websites, social media, visual storyboards, print media, and out-of-home client requirements.
• Generate engaging creative solutions by utilizing imagery, typography, color, patterns, and textures.
• Comprehend the business case and established strategy for each project, including the client's industry and business objectives.
• Stay updated on visual trends, technological advancements, and cultural aspects of design.
• Discover opportunities to transform the visual landscape in support of impactful ideas.
• Tackle motion design and interactive design outputs in addition to static executions.
• Work collaboratively with team members on daily tasks.
• Manage priorities and time effectively based on short- and long-term project demands.
• Implement design concepts across various executions and versions.
• Under the guidance of the Creative Director, oversee projects to completion, including versioning, quality assurance, and proofing prior to final production.
• 1–3 years of experience in design for diverse applications within a creative agency, marketing/advertising agency, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong design capabilities and time management proficiency.
• Ability to understand and interpret client requirements.
• Good judgment and creativity in suggesting visual components for design systems, advertising campaigns, and presentations.
• Solid familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Proficient in Slack, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Asana.
• Capability to prioritize multiple competing tasks effectively.
• Strong teamwork skills and collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach.
• Excellent presentation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills and engage in new projects.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in motion graphics or animation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HTML 5 is a plus.
• Must be based in the US and available to work core hours from 11 am to 5 pm ET while completing an eight-hour workday.
