Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Travel to clients’ residences and create personalized storage solutions using our exclusive CAD software.

• Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales goals by seeking referrals and repeat business opportunities.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and collaborate with the installation team to ensure project completion.

• Engage in meetings and training sessions.

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in interior design, relevant industry experience, and/or in-home sales experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience using laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices is essential.

• Prior experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software is advantageous.

• A creative mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are necessary.
