Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Travel to clients' residences and create tailored storage solutions using our exclusive CAD software.

• Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales goals by seeking out referrals and repeat business.

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and work closely with the installation team to guarantee project completion.

• Engage in meetings and training sessions.

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects and clients within a fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in interior design, relevant industry experience, and/or in-home sales experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices is essential.

• Prior experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software is advantageous.

• A knack for creativity combined with a meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
