Design Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Engage in the entire process from identifying challenges in pre-sales to business design, solution architecture, implementation, and delivery, ensuring accountability for success without creating handoff points.

• Collaborate closely with customers on diverse enterprise operations, immersing deeply to swiftly grasp business domains.

• Contribute to customer growth as an excellent team player through the solutions provided.

• Abstract solutions for various problems faced by customers in a reusable format, aiding in the evolution of the Tailor Platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for products and services.

• Ability to materialize and articulate customer experiences based on a thorough understanding of requirements.

• Experience in proactively learning areas traditionally handled by engineers and Product Managers, contributing to customer value without being confined to design frameworks.

• Proficient technical communication skills in Japanese (native level).

• Must be able to work in-office under a principle of attendance.
