Design Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Tackle our most complex design challenges.

• Assist colleagues in enhancing their designs by developing and refining our internal design system.

• Offer consultation on customized design projects required by Product Engineers.

• Revamp our mobile web application based on user feedback.

• Create a collection of adaptable, composable components within our design system.

• Enhance the information hierarchy and readability of designs for assessment viewing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., internships are not included) as either an Engineer or Designer.

• Strong skills in both Design and Engineering, with exceptional expertise in your primary discipline.

• Proven experience in designing products *and* deploying code to hundreds of users (including side projects).

• For the Junior position, you should have *no more than* 2 years of professional experience as a designer or engineer.

• Experience in building a design system and enhancing visual design is highly advantageous.
