Design Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and develop solutions for complex design challenges.

• Enhance designs by expanding and refining the internal design system.

• Provide consultation on custom design projects required by Product Engineers.

• Collaborate on our mobile web application by engaging with customers, wireframing new user flows, implementing the design system, and turning wireframes into functional designs.

• Construct adaptable, modular components within our design system that enable other engineers to easily create consistent setup wizards.

• Assist in enhancing the information hierarchy and readability of designs for reviewing candidate assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of ongoing experience as an Engineer or Designer.

• Strong skills in both Design and Engineering, with outstanding proficiency in the primary discipline you focus on full-time.

• Experience in designing products and deploying code to hundreds of users, even through personal projects.
