This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish the creative vision and design strategy for the department
β’ Guide, mentor, and develop a team of designers, art directors, and creative professionals
β’ Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Merchandising, and Brand teams
β’ Supervise the entire creative process from initial brief to final execution
β’ Propel and refine the brand's visual identity
β’ Manage partnerships with external agencies, photographers, stylists, and production collaborators
β’ Present creative ideas and strategic proposals to senior management
β’ Effectively oversee departmental budgets, timelines, and resources
β’ Over 10 years of design experience
β’ Minimum of 3β5 years in a creative leadership or director-level position
β’ Proven experience in the beauty, personal care, or luxury/lifestyle sectors
β’ A robust and sophisticated portfolio that demonstrates brand identity, campaign design, and multi-channel creative projects
β’ Established capability to lead and motivate cross-functional creative teams in a dynamic environment
β’ Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
β’ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
β’ Familiarity with Figma and various project management tools
