This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Prospect and engage potential clients aligned with F2F's ICP.
• Schedule meetings with relevant decision-makers or influencers.
• Qualify opportunities prior to handing them over to the closing team.
• Ensure that meetings are contextualized, addressing needs and business potential.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the pipeline.
• Record and track opportunities within the CRM.
• Adjust approaches and messaging based on insights gained during the process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the prospecting strategy.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in prospecting or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage in conversations, qualify leads effectively, and identify opportunities with genuine potential.
• Proficiency in organizing and managing the pipeline.
• Proactive and autonomous in carrying out activities.
• Interest in marketing, communication, and business.
• Comfortable working with goals and tracking results.
• Experience in consultative sales or marketing services is an advantage.
• Experience with B2B lead qualification is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools is a benefit.
• Autonomy in executing services.
• Remote work flexibility.
