📋 Description

• Assist in the development and maintenance of communication templates (email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp) within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Support the creation and upkeep of segmentations in Salesforce Personalization.

• Conduct adjustments, tests, and validations on templates and campaigns.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Background in creating campaign templates (email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp).

• Knowledge of or interest in learning about Marketing Cloud Personalization.

• A sense of urgency to support communication demands and campaigns with defined deadlines.
