Desenvolvedor Ruby on Rails

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop technological solutions that enhance the speed and quality of services provided in the healthcare sector.

• Write well-structured, clean, and easily understandable code that is also testable, adhering to best software development practices.

• Conduct both manual and automated tests for unit, integration, and acceptance of functionalities, ensuring not only the quality and stability of the system but also compliance with previously established requirements.

• Ensure the maintenance of Inovadora’s products by identifying and resolving technical issues, bugs, and software failures.

• Create and keep the technical documentation of the tasks you develop up to date, ensuring system usage and understanding, while minimizing time loss and rework for the team.

• Manage and integrate databases and storage systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Implement security measures to reduce vulnerabilities, protect data, and maintain system functionality.

• Identify performance bottlenecks in the software and optimize server-side efficiency to ensure quick response times and scalability.

• Create APIs and Web Services to enable communication between different system components and third-party applications.

• Collaborate with your team and other members of Inovadora, addressing questions, identifying opportunities, and supporting the development of solutions to encountered problems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or others.

• Web development experience.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
