This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop low-complexity unit and integration tests

• Identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate tests into pre-existing solutions

• Assist the team in identifying issues and propose solutions

• Understand the health of projects and proactively identify potential failure points

• Apply security concepts and practices

• Be familiar with metrics and translate architectural models

• Decompose features into smaller tasks for personal execution or delegation

• Support the team upon request

• Facilitate team initiatives by leading necessary ceremonies and forums for the professional development of the group

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in VTEX IO and/or FastStore

• Knowledge in systems development

• Familiarity with frontend and backend standards and practices

• Understanding of security and performance best practices for the web

• Experience/knowledge in microservices using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, GraphQL, Flutter, Python, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Maven, and messaging queues (JMS, ActiveMQ, or Kafka)

• Frontend development knowledge with React, Angular, and Node.js

• Familiarity with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker

• Understanding of design patterns

• Unit testing experience using JUnit

• Knowledge of logging in Datadog

• Proficiency in Git

• Familiarity with Oracle DB, SQL, MySQL, and Aurora

• Experience using caching with Redis

• Understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Scrum

• Commitment, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication

• Availability for remote work in Brazil, under CLT regime, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
