📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of high-performance APIs and backend services using Java and Micronaut.

• Develop modern, responsive, and scalable web interfaces with React and TypeScript.

• Design distributed architectures utilizing microservices, event-driven design, and Kafka.

• Engage in critical business processes within the financial sector, focusing on security, traceability, and compliance.

• Model and optimize PostgreSQL databases in high-demand scenarios.

• Design and enhance solutions on AWS, implementing security, observability, and resilience best practices.

• Contribute to incremental migrations of legacy systems to modern platforms.

• Conduct code reviews and assist in incident investigations.

• Promote engineering standards.

• Mentor developers at various levels and influence technical decisions and architectural roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with Java 11+ and backend service development.

• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture.

• Advanced experience with Kafka, including topics, partitions, consumer groups, DLQ, and event-driven patterns.

• Deep knowledge of microservices and distributed architecture.

• Expertise in PostgreSQL, including modeling, performance, and tuning.

• Experience with AWS, including RDS, MSK, API Gateway, and CloudFormation/Terraform.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.

• Ability to lead complex technical projects with gradual deliveries and low operational risk.

• Preferred: experience in the financial or banking sector.

• Preferred: knowledge of Feature Flags, DataDog, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools.

• Preferred: familiarity with DDD, Event Sourcing, or CQRS.

• Preferred: experience with migrating legacy systems to modern architectures.

• Preferred: experience in orchestrating complex business processes and workflows.
