Desenvolvedor Frontend – Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop landing pages, microsites, and website pages based on layouts from Figma;

• Create and maintain reusable components to expedite the production of new pages;

• Customize and enhance our environments using WordPress/Elementor and Framer;

• Ensure design fidelity: typography, spacing, animation, and branding are on point;

• Implement responsive and accessible pages, from mobile to desktop;

• Optimize Core Web Vitals: LCP, CLS, and INP are metrics you will engage with daily;

• Set up measurement events using Google Tag Manager and dataLayer;

• Provide technical support for A/B testing: implement variants, ensure clean and flicker-free experiments;

• Apply best practices in technical SEO: semantic structure, structured data, sitemap, and meta tags;

• Collaborate with Growth Design on the technical feasibility of layouts and experiments;

• Support the Paid Media team with pixels, conversion tags, and tracking integrations;

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the evolution of team standards;

• Document components and solutions to enable team growth without reliance on you.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years of working with React.js;

• Proficiency in TypeScript (advanced types, generics, utility types);

• Experience with state management (React Query, Zustand, or similar tools);

• Experience with Next.js 14+ (App Router, Server Actions, Server Components);

• Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, along with principles of responsive design;

• Experience in developing and customizing WordPress (themes, hooks, Elementor);

• Familiarity with consuming REST APIs and integrating with third-party services;

• Understanding of web performance: you know why a page is slow and where to start resolving it;

• Familiarity with Figma for working from layouts;

• Ability to take a well-defined task and deliver from start to finish autonomously;

• Good communication skills with non-technical individuals: you can explain the reasons without jargon.
