📋 Description

• Backend development using Python.

• Data modeling and consumption in applications.

• Implementation of engineering best practices and automated testing.

• Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams utilizing agile methodologies.

• Use of Spec-Driven tools and technical organization.

• Prompt engineering for LLMs and managing ambiguities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience (Senior level) in backend development with Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling/consumption in applications.

• Strong engineering practices: object-oriented programming, code organization, version control with Git, and collaboration via Pull Requests.

• Experience with automated testing (unit and/or integration).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with Spec-Driven tools (e.g., specify-cli, GitHub Spec Kit) and technical context organization.

• Knowledge in Prompt Engineering for LLMs and the ability to write instructions/contexts/restrictions that reduce ambiguities.

• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Experience with AI-First approaches, utilizing generative AI to enhance development with quality and security.

• Experience with microservices, messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and/or event-driven architectures.

• Experience with TDD/BDD and validation techniques for code generated with AI support.

• Knowledge in MCP (Model Context Protocol) for integrating tools and external sources into the AI context.

• Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing) and reliability best practices.

• Experience with Autodesk APIs (APS / Forge / Revit API).

• Experience with: Revit (data structure and parameters) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
