This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more country.
• Engage in the technical and functional analysis of business requirements.
• Develop robust, scalable solutions that align with the architecture established in SISnet.
• Maintain and enhance core insurance modules: Issuance, Claims, Receipts, CRM, among others.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and provide support during deployments.
• Document developments and integrations in a clear and structured manner.
• Suggest technical improvements and optimizations for existing processes.
• Collaborate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of systems.
• Work alongside technical architects, functional analysts, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in integrations with document management systems, digital signature platforms, BI/Reporting, ERP, and other third-party systems.
• Over 4 years of experience in development on the SISnet platform.
• Practical knowledge of recent versions of SISnet, ideally SISnet 11 or higher.
• Prior experience in insurance environments and functional business knowledge.
• Mastery of the SISnet platform.
• Experience developing and maintaining native SISnet components: TLI1 and TLI2 screens, business rules, batch processes, BPM, internal services, business engine configurations, and Zero Code.
• Experience customizing modules for Issuance, Claims, CRM, Collections, Reinsurance, Multi-rating, and Receipts.
• Expert use of the SISnet BackOffice.
• Experience with SISnet environments and its new service-based architecture.
• Development and scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Generation and manipulation of XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server; Oracle knowledge at the query level is a plus.
• Development and consumption of SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Implementation of connectors and APIs to and from SISnet.
• Experience integrating third-party systems.
• Knowledge of WS-Security, digital certificates, JWT, and OAuth 2.0.
• Version control using Git, GitLab, or GitHub.
• Automation of tests and deployments with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Unit and integration testing, functional validations, quality control, and code review.
• Experience with automated test coverage or TDD.
• Ability to work within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with JIRA, Trello, or Azure Boards.
• Participation in daily meetings, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and agile task tracking.
