Desarrollador Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement complex requirements for both new and existing applications using Java JEE technologies and Oracle databases.

• Troubleshoot technical incidents and manage statuses and evidence within the client's Azure DevOps institutional platform.

• Ensure the technical quality of the delivered software (providing a 6-month technical guarantee for each accepted package).

• Structure and write detailed technical documentation to ensure code traceability and knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed university degree in Computer Science (certified title).

• At least 2 projects in application development and maintenance within the last 3 years, using Java JEE (6, 7, or higher).

• Technical proficiency in: JSF 2.0+, Servlets, JPA 2.1+, EJB, JSP, Maven, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, JasperReports, Hibernate, JDeveloper/NetBeans, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP Sockets and connections with Oracle databases through db_links, frames, and sockets.

• Valid and verifiable Java SE 11 Programmer Certified Professional certification (or higher).

• Current and verifiable Scrum and DevOps certifications.
