Desarrollador Fullstack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Ensure the translation of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requirements into functional, high-quality software.

• Guide the development team in implementation and ensure technical excellence.

• Design and develop the most technically complex components of the MVP.

• Establish and enforce coding standards to facilitate maintainability and scalability.

• Lead code reviews to ensure maintainable, efficient, and secure software.

• Collaborate with the QA Innovation Lead to facilitate test automation.

• Work with the Solutions Architect to ensure adherence to the defined architecture.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resources.

• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure the effective application of Scrum or Kanban.

• Implement and oversee practices such as code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.

• Make decisions regarding architecture, technologies, and coding standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of .NET Core / .NET 6 or higher.

• Experience with ASP.NET Core.

• Experience with Entity Framework Core.

• Development of REST APIs.

• Experience with React.

• JavaScript ES6+ proficiency.

• TypeScript knowledge.

• Proficiency in HTML5.

• Proficiency in CSS3.

• Familiarity with Bootstrap or Material UI.

• Understanding of software quality and best engineering practices.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Systems, or related fields.

• 3 years of experience developing solutions for the financial sector.
