This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions, intelligent agents, and cognitive services using the Microsoft Azure architecture.

• Build and optimize MLOps pipelines by integrating Azure Machine Learning, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions to ensure high-performance continuous deployment.

• Develop and scale architectures based on .NET, C#, and Python to connect machine learning models with relational databases and robust APIs.

• Ensure end-to-end observability and technical monitoring of AI solutions through tools such as Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Dynatrace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related fields (Certified degree).

• Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in application development and maintenance (with at least 1 verifiable production project in the last 3 years).

• Current Official Certifications (Mandatory): Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Microsoft Azure (AZ-900 or AZ-204), Scrum Foundations, SFC, SMC, ICP, or equivalent.

• DevOps: DevOps Foundation, DASA, or DEPC.

• Tech Ecosystem: Azure AI / Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, AI Agents, and Azure AI Search.

• Languages and Frameworks: Python, C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, R, and SQL Server (T-SQL).

• Cloud Ecosystem & Integrations: Azure Functions, App Services, Containers, Key Vault, Web APIs, REST, and JSON.

• Proactivity and Autonomy: Ability to lead AI architecture and propose innovative solutions without constant supervision.

• Adaptability to Change: Agility to quickly assimilate ongoing advancements in generative AI and integrate them into existing systems.

• Collaborative Work: Skill in interacting with multidisciplinary teams under agile frameworks and a DevOps culture.
