This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales goals within the specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish reliable relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Communicate clinical and product information utilizing approved promotional materials to influence prescribing patterns.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan visits, and discover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management partners.
• Assist in product launches and provide field insights to guide brand strategy and execution.
• Partner with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, office personnel, and key opinion leaders across assigned accounts.
• Travel to accounts and office locations within the designated territory, including overnight stays as required based on territory size and business demands.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree accompanied by 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or relevant therapeutic healthcare provider experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• 3–5 years of experience in specialty sales, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong grasp of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in digital engagement tools, such as Veeva Engage and Zoom, and comfortable with hybrid selling models.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
• Must be able to attend the mandatory virtual training program from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
