This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales goals within a specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish strong relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers (APPs), and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Present clinical and product information utilizing approved promotional materials to impact prescribing patterns.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan outreach, and recognize growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management partners.
• Assist with product launches and offer field insights to guide brand strategy and execution.
• Attend and engage in mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
• Travel to accounts and office locations within the designated territory, including overnight stays when necessary.
• Bachelor's degree OR an associate's degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing; or relevant therapeutic healthcare provider experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will result in disqualification from employment.
• 3–5 years of experience in specialty sales, preferably in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong knowledge of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Experience engaging with key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in digital engagement tools, such as Veeva Engage and Zoom, and comfortable with hybrid selling models.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of all business points within the assigned territory.
• Must be able to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
