This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Implement territory and account strategies to generate demand and meet sales targets within a specialized dermatology sector.
• Cultivate trustworthy relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Communicate clear clinical and product information using approved promotional resources to impact prescribing habits.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement processes, and patient support services to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan visits, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist in product launches and provide field insights to shape brand strategy and execution.
• Engage healthcare providers, office personnel, and key opinion leaders across designated accounts.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory, which includes Jackson, Ann Arbor, Farmington Hills, Royal Oak, Warren, Eastpointe, Westland, Livonia, Detroit, Canton, Dearborn, Taylor, Wyandotte, and Southgate.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or aligned therapeutic specific healthcare provider experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision making, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in digital engagement tools, such as Veeva Engage and Zoom.
• Willingness to reside within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Ability to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Capability to stay overnight as necessary, depending on the size of the territory and business demands.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Must be able to attend and participate in mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
