This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Implement strategies for territory and account management to stimulate demand and meet sales goals within the specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convey clinical and product information utilizing approved promotional materials to influence prescribing practices.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, schedule meetings, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in compliance with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist with product launches and provide field insights to shape brand strategies and execution.
• Participate in mandatory virtual training sessions from November 16 to December 18, 2026.
• A Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree combined with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) along with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing in these fields; or healthcare provider experience specific to aligned therapeutic areas.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• Must live within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Overnight stays may be required as needed, depending on the size of the territory and business requirements.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available currently or in the future.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in specialty sales, particularly in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Preferred: Comprehensive understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Preferred: Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Preferred: Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and strategic thinking.
• Preferred: Proficiency in digital engagement tools, including Veeva Engage and Zoom, with comfort in hybrid selling models.
