This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Implement territory and account strategies to generate demand and meet sales goals within a niche dermatology market.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with dermatologists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and office personnel through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Communicate clinical and product information utilizing approved promotional materials to sway prescribing habits.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan outreach, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in compliance with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist with product launches and offer field insights to guide brand strategy and execution.
• Engage with healthcare providers, office staff, and influential opinion leaders throughout assigned accounts.
• Oversee a territory that includes Dodge City, Wichita, Hutchinson, Salina, Emporia, Manhattan, Leavenworth, Kansas City, Olathe, Lees Summit, Liberty, and Columbia.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or experience with healthcare providers in aligned therapeutic areas.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• 3–5 years of experience in specialty sales, particularly in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong comprehension of complex disease conditions, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Experience in engaging with key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in digital engagement tools (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom) and comfortable with hybrid selling approaches.
• Ability to live within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. with any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Must be available for mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
