This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales targets within the specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish reliable relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Provide clinical and product information using sanctioned promotional materials to sway prescribing behaviors.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, organize calls, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in compliance with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management partners.
• Assist in product launches and deliver field insights to guide brand strategy and execution.
• Participate in mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
• Operate within the territory including Mililani Town, Waimalu, Honolulu, and Hilo.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree combined with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Capability to reside within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
• Willingness to stay overnight as necessary based on territory size and business requirements.
• Availability to attend and engage in mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Preferred: Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Preferred: Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Preferred: Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking.
• Preferred: Strong digital engagement skills, including familiarity with Veeva Engage and Zoom, and comfort with hybrid selling models.
