Deputy Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the backup for the Program Manager to guarantee seamless program execution.

• Oversee daily team coordination, manage schedules, and track action items.

• Create and present status reports, PMR presentations, and executive briefings.

• Monitor and deliver reports on KPIs and SLA metrics (SS-1 to SS-23).

• Manage staffing processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and clearance checks.

• Facilitate transition activities in accordance with PWS requirements.

• Assist in quality management initiatives, encompassing audits and corrective action plans (CAPs).

⛳️ Requirements

• An active secret clearance is mandatory.

• Extensive experience in project/program management, ideally within federal or DoD programs.

• Exceptional skills in coordination, scheduling, and reporting.

• Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.

• Strong knowledge of KPI tracking, SLA management, and performance reporting.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

• Experience in staffing coordination and managing security clearance processes.

• Familiarity with quality management standards and audit procedures.

• Capacity to operate in classified settings.

• PMP or CAPM certification is a requirement.

• Preferred certifications include: Active TS/SCI Clearance, DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I (Security+, CAP, or equivalent), ITIL 4 Foundation certification, and Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
