Deputy Director, Federal Market Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and/or assist in managing relationships and programs with federal partners between Federal Market Solutions and government clients and suppliers.

• Handle the HIS Oracle relationship and contract that encompasses FMS, RevCycle, and GAMN operations.

• Identify opportunities for growth, strategic alignment, and risk management.

• Administer the FMS and RHSP Optimization Program utilizing AI and automation technologies.

• Supervise FMS milestones to ensure revenue generation and the identification and resolution of risks.

• Manage the P&L for RHSP, related contracts, and revenue prospects.

• Oversee federal contracts that support FMS development and training, including the Kreative contract and associated personnel.

• Craft proposals aimed at securing future government contracts, including firm-fixed-price and milestone-based agreements.

• Establish project management controls for financial, scheduling, deliverables, staffing, and quality assurance requirements.

• Utilize P&L principles for government initiatives and products, recommending both short- and long-term development strategies.

• Undertake ad hoc tasks that support Solventum Federal Market Solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher coupled with 8 years of Federal Program Management experience in the Federal Sector Healthcare.

• Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of Federal Program Management experience in the Federal Sector Healthcare.

• Must successfully clear a Government background check for a T3/T5 Public Trust position.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

• A Master's degree in a business discipline, management, or healthcare administration is preferred.

• Experience in briefing executive-level personnel.

• Familiarity with working in DoD and/or VA healthcare environments.

• Direct management of project or program activities, including Revenue Cycle, Electronic Health Record Modernization Program, or similar projects.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and navigate large, often complex workloads under time constraints.
