Deposit Operations Advanced Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accurately and promptly process ACH, RDC, wire transfers, card transactions, corrections, NSF, and non-post items.

• Review, investigate, and resolve exceptions to ensure timely and precise transaction posting.

• Uphold compliance with bank policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards.

• Offer backup assistance for Treasury Management setup, customer training, and support, encompassing ACH, Positive Pay, Wire, RDC, and Lockbox.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation and maintain audit readiness throughout assigned operational workflows.

• Work collaboratively with team members and internal partners to foster consistent, customer-focused service quality.

• Bring organization, precision, and follow-through to rapidly changing operational priorities.

• Operate using the Jack Henry SilverLake core and aid in post-conversion stabilization.

• Quickly learn and adapt to new Jack Henry product modules.

• Assist in identifying, communicating, and resolving issues related to conversions.

• Commit to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice initiatives.

• Stay updated on applicable regulatory requirements and complete all necessary compliance and IT training.

• Actively pursue a thorough understanding of established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Monitor for suspicious activities and collaborate closely with the relevant departments to prevent fraudulent activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in deposit operations; a background in banking deposit operations is advantageous.

• Preference for experience with Phoenix core or Jack Henry SilverLake.

• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong multitasking capabilities.

• Ability to adapt during core system conversions and swiftly changing operational priorities.
