This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to regulatory clients, assisting them in optimizing the effectiveness of TRM’s blockchain intelligence tools within their compliance, enforcement, and investigative processes.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new regulatory customers and drive utilization targets within the first 60 days, customizing training and support to each agency’s specific regulatory needs.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers at regulatory agencies, ensuring connections to TRM’s executive leadership within the initial 90 days.
• Create and implement self-service resources (regulator playbooks, onboarding manuals, FAQ copilots) to enhance support and decrease time to value across the regulatory sector.
• Recognize recurring use cases among regulators and provide scalable solutions (such as chatbots, workflow templates, and standard query sets) that can be utilized across various clients.
• Track customer engagement, identify gaps in adoption, and take proactive measures to sustain a retention rate of approximately 90% or higher while uncovering expansion opportunities.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer for the regulatory segment, bringing product feedback and feature requests to the attention of the Product and Engineering teams.
• 3–5+ years of experience directly working with or alongside government regulatory bodies, or in customer success, deployment, consulting, or account management roles focused on government or regulatory clients.
• Practical knowledge of or strong interest in blockchain analysis, virtual currencies, and tools for investigation/compliance.
• Experience in structuring problems and pinpointing the most significant issues to address in complex regulatory contexts.
• Ability to convey intricate ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, in both verbal and written forms.
• Proven fluency in AI — capacity to develop and implement workflow-driven AI solutions (e.g., copilots, automated trackers, bots) that go beyond basic summarization.
• Comfort in a dynamic, remote-first environment where priorities can change rapidly.
